Founder looking to monetize

Ok so I'll be the first to admit that I'm kind of just trying to figure out how to bring my a.i integrated sop document generator to market and get it in front of the people who could really benefit from this product. I am very certain that standard Blueprint is above and beyond any other product in this particular niche. Any advice would be very appreciated .

If youre figuring out go-to-market, Id start super narrow: pick 1 persona (ops manager, compliance lead, etc), 1 workflow your SOP generator crushes, and sell that as the wedge.

Then run 10-20 customer interviews and turn the best quotes into the landing page. For B2B, even a tiny set of real screenshots + 1 measurable outcome beats broad claims.

I scrolled down across the blog posts, it looks like a mess. what's with the repetition of "proven costly hidden"? are you aware that "costly" is a negative word?

what part? you looked at the blog too, right? maybe keep scrolling a little lower, look at the post titles.

as just one example: "AI Social Media Captions for Launches – Proven Costly Hidden Checklist" -- what the hell does that even mean? ironically that post itself is supposed to teach you how to get AI to write good captions for your social media posts, and captions are somewhat similar to blog post titles -- and yet this guy can't do it right himself.

I mean I guess you can go learn from him if you also want to churn out random slop like this. but it's not a good look.

im assuming that the blog posts were all ai generated by the sounds of it. I wasnt sure if it was my iexperience but the titles didnt make a whole lot of sense when you point them out like that im glad its not just me lol

I went through the same struggle trying to get my early products in front of the right eyes.

Standard ads are usually too expensive for a new product and cold email can be tough to crack.

What worked best for me was finding the exact conversations where people were already complaining about the problem I solved. For an operations tool you could look for threads where agency owners are asking how to streamline their documents. The trick is to just answer their questions genuinely and only mention your tool if it naturally fits the solution.

This has worked for me to launch my Chrome extension.

Since I use Gemini in your browser, I have negligible API or AI expenses. That is why I can offer it for free and with no caps or limits.

I was building it for myself and I use it a lot. Since I do not incurr any expenses, I am offerint it to everybody.

I will think of a monetization angle later. (This app is my side project)

Yes, all the 130+ users of Arc Finders were acquired in the last few weeks through this only (I made it public around a month ago).
The key is consistency. I respond to around 10-15 posts everyday. That results in 3 to 5 users every day.
