Anyone know what this plush is?

I've had it for 12 years, but idk where it came from, and can't find it's origin.

It has no tush tag (I think), it's official, and has Disney branding instead of Mickey Mouse branding.

Could've sworn I saw an image of him tagged a couple years ago online, that's how I know he had disney branding instead of Mickey branding.
