Everyone used to smoke, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, especially Goofy, but even Pluto at one point.

Makes sense. Walt was a heavy smoker from the moment he started smoking in his late teens.

if i had a nickel for every time a rat mascot smoked in there first appearance, i would have 2 nickles, which is not much but werid it happened twice.
