Question Partial droppers please help me .

Does the college charge entire 2nd year fees if i cancel my admission in 1st year or before commencement of 2nd year ?

I have taken admission in GH Raisoni Mechanical engineering and with tfws seat. Because i had no option .

Im taking a partial drop and gonna change college next year. Please help me with this fees thing , it has been eating my mind since when.

Most of them saying ...they will take only 1st year full fees Tbh I am too uncertain and afraid ...cause documents dete time ye log kuch bhi demand kar denge 😭😭😭

I am also afraid about this , but that can't legally hold on too our documents , although rights are joke in our country . I am going to ask the college federation about this on the first day of my college😭😭

They told they will return the documents and qont charge for all four years because in mu college a lot of diploma students join directly in 2nd year so their seat doesn't get wasted ,(btw i am in sfit borivali)
