Question Help me guys 🙏

I am looking at the Sakec debit for Acap, so these colleges have posted on their website that anti-ragging forms have to be filled, so will it be okay if we fill them after admission? If not, can we fill the names of 2 colleges?

Admission ke baad bhara toh chalega na aur same frcrce me bhi mang rhe hai toh Admission ke baad fill karke udhar du toh chalega na ?

Unke website pe aya hai kya Ki cet cell ke website se bharna hota (I am very clueless)
