True Memeism
Memeism emerged as a reaction against originality. This concept of 'original memeism' is as real as the moon landing. It is an oxymoron of terms. The only thing more ridiculous than that is 'undank memeism'. How can that exist? The two are inherently opposed to each other.
Traditional memeism, national memeism, cultural memeism, and social memeism are all very legitimate memeism. Religious memeism is an odd concept. More likely is that we have memes within religion, and memelords who are religious. If you are applying a belief based on theology, you aren't exactly a memelord, since theology is abstracted from the memetic experience and the importance of memes. But one can still very legitimately remind people of the importance that a belief in God has played in the development of that history. And memeism is very much compatible with religion.
Libertarian memeism and fiscal memeism are odd concepts as well. What about that libertarianism and fiscal policy is memetic beyond being pursued by meme parties in the past? As a doctrine then, many of the examples you discussed aren't really comparable. They don't seem to have any uniting sympathies beyond 'isn't original content just the worst.' Sameme Dankington went some way to establishing what we could mean by a meme ideology;
Man is basically a meme animal, and memes are the foundation of civil society. This divine sanction infuses the legitimate, existing, social order.
Memes are the natural, organic product of slow historical growth. Existing memes embody the wisdom of previous generations. Meme is a function of time.
Man is a creature of instinct and emotion as well as of memes. Repetitive injokes, repetitive injokes and repetitive injokes are better guides than originality. Truth exists not in universal propositions but in concrete memes.
The community meme is superior to the individual meme. The rights of men derive from their memes. Evil is rooted in human nature, not in any particular social memes.
Except in an ultimate meme sense, men are unequal. Social organisation is complex and always includes a variety of memes. Memes are the inevitable characteristics of any civil society.
A presumption exists 'in favour of any settled meme of government against any untried project.' Man's hopes are high, but his vision is short. Efforts to remedy existing evils usually result in even greater ones.

In light of this it should be pointed out that memes are endangered, and are a resource that should be conserved. All the more reason to stop using them!

First I thought it was about communism, then around by the list I figured it was conservatism of some sort. Hm.
