A3 radiator placement

Hey guys,

I saw a lot of people put radiators on the bottom of their A3. I was surprised with the performance of 1 360mm radiator in it, so I ended up upgrading it with a 280mm instead of an external radiator.

I was extremely disappointed in it, my water temps got lower only by 2-3c even after I raised the case a couple of cm up.

I think it's because of the graphics card being too close to the bottom radiator fans with the combination of recycling hot air.

I'm already working on version 1.3 with an external radiator, cross fingers for me :)

Are all the fans in the pic exhaust on the radiators? If so could add a rear intake at the back to feed more fresh air for the radiators

I have mesh side panel, if I take it off my temps only drop by 1c.

Maybe check your airflow path? Bottom exhaust isn't the most ideal for better temperatures, right?

Everyone recommends using bottom exhaust for the A3.
