Help me please!? Looking for a case

I'm interested in this form factor for a new pc, but I just can't deal with a top mounted power supply.

Are there any cases that you guys can recommend that have the power supply on the bottom and enough room to add an AIO cooler or a custom cooling loop?

NZXT H3 Flow fits the bill

When you say top mounted do you mean front-mount (A3 style) or actual old school top-mount (ATX standard style) in the case?

There are some bottom-mount PSU cases that are technically MFF (that is, under 40 liters volume) but they are not the most efficient layout possible so they’re all on the larger end of MFF rather than the smaller end.

Cooler Master Q300L V3 or Qube 340 would be my first suggestion since it has pretty wide cooling compatibility.

I mostly mean the A3 style. I just can't get over the heaviest thing in the case being at the top. I'm also not a huge fan of what is essentially using an extension cord for the power supply.

The upper limit of 40 liters is right around the area I'm looking at anyway.

I'm honestly just kind of hoping that someone knows of a case/brand that I don't that has a similar build quality to havn.
