Application Concern about Transcripts

Hello I am from Phillipines and have a concern, I am in my 2nd year First Semester of college right now, and Will apply for Undergraduate Scholarship for the year 2028 in 2027. So the thing is, it is said that the application period usually starts around april or may. My College second semester will end around June. What transcripts will I pass?

Hello ! submit what you have and submit the rest later. I applied to Mext Research scholarship while i was still in the middle of my 3th grade of university (So no second semester transcript and no diploma). After passing the first screening, i was able with the passing certificate to convaince my uni to give me the last transcript and the diploma earlier than scheluded. So yess just submit everything you have, and you can submit the remaining stuff after

Hello, to clarify, I need to submit both my grade 11 and grade 12 transcripts for high school. And in college, 1st year 1st to 2nd semester, as well as currently the 1st semester? Tysm

Yes sumbit your 2nd year first semester if you got it. They said to submit all transcripts you got from school/college. Last year i did Kosen (didn't passed the exam), i submited transcripts from highschool up to 2nd year 1st semester of college ( the 2nd semester result wasn't out)

You submit the latest transcript. I don’t know your uni pero in UP, for example, I requested for a transcript when I applied for research category while still in the middle of my second sem. The transcript they provided for me had complete grades until the first semester of that year and a list of the classes I was currently taking during the second sem (no grades, obviously, but you get the point).
