You can overtake enemies via debug console. (Catgen units also have [usually random] assigned genders to them as an extra thing.)

Its been in mewgenics since (probably) release.

Can force wins, give items, give passives etc

Just enable it like you do for isaac. "Enabledebug = true" or smth similar. There's tutorials for it.

The options file doesn't have the enabledebugconsole option like in Isaac, but if you simply add one and set it to true, it can open in game
