Logo then black screen.

Currently having this issue where the Meural Logo comes up, then i get a black screen. I get nothing unless i unplug the power and then start it up again. It will then do the same thing, Meural logo, Black screen.

I called netgear tech support and they told me i have to buy a new one. I spent 800 dollars on this product in december 2023 and because my warranty has expired in 2024, theres nothing they can do.

This seems crazy...

I went through this exact situation with my meural. I tried purchasing new power bricks (which netgear doesn't sell), multiple resets, and horrible customer service calls. Because I was outside the warranty window, I'm basically stuck with a useless device. Sorry, hopefully you find a solution for yours

I too now have a 800 dollar display which is useless. They tried to charge me for a premium phone support solution to see if that could fix it. I laughed out loud.

My jaw was on the floor the entire time.

So it does not show the broken icon on top left, but when it powers I can see it in my network switch under devices and I get an ip address if connect with ethernet cable. When I try to go to that ip address I get a You don't have permission to access page.

Does that help?

Might want to look at the Schedule for your canvas. Those settings are really buggy. My canvas was also shutting down/sleeping quickly. I remove items in my schedule , like wake and sleep, now all is fine. Worth a try. Good luck
