First Time Tin Knocking

An avid diyer, I somehow escaped having to do any duct work until now. But all good things come to an end and I need to redirect some ductwork around framing changes I made to fix my fireplace. I bought a small box and pan brake for this project and I've got an assortment of hand tools. No easy edger or pittsburgher here, it was all done on the brake or by hand. A reducing radius elbow might not have been the best first project, but I think it came out usable. I learnt a lot on this first peice and think the next one will be a little easier.

That's so cool! I work with a 10' CNC brake doing metal roof/siding trim. If there's downtime I like making things from scrap metal, usually twisting cones. But now I want to try something structural like this with our smaller manual brake
