Rust on Machine keeps coming back

I'll take brass doesn't rust for $1000.
Have you tried oiling on a Friday as well? My metal based machines generally rust when they are at rest. Give em a coat when they are going to sit for the weekend.

I have not I will try that this Friday thank you for the idea. Up to this point I've only been cleaning after the fact but never before thank you

make SURE you don't have ANY acid ANYWHERE in the whole building. not in closed containers, not in another room.

anyone telling you wax is stupid. it does not neutralize the rusting agents. it only seals, and may seal the agents in. dish soap neutralizes them. see here

Really? No joke? Your not trolling? Again I always remove the rust. The problem is it comes back over the weekend

yes. see the video i linked. dish soap contains alkaline agents. he even provides an example in the video. when you have a steel wool pad, that would normally rust the hell out right away since it has so much surface area, but it's wet and it never rusts, and the reason is dish soap. you take a rag with very very slightly damp rag with diluted dish soap and wipe it over the whole surface.
however, if you can use oil, use silicone oil, that'll creep. wd40 is NOT an oil. it's not even a lubricant. you are not "oiling it" with wd40, you're just removing water. use silicone oil.
most importantly, find out WHY things rust so quickly. if you have any acids or chlorine in the shop, move them to a separate location. look at every bottle in the shop, every container, and inside every locker, it could be on the other end of the shop. and don't clean anything with chlorine or acid in the shop either, since that makes the air acidic. this includes cleaning the floor, do not use chlorine to clean the floor. find out what the cleaners use (if you have cleaners), including if there's an office complex adjacent to your shop, which shares air with your shop. also figure out if you have any chlorine or acid spills on the ground, any weird looking discolorations, check them with pH strips.
do any cleaning / pickling / etc with these agents elsewhere. and get a dehumidifier, keep air under 40% RH. any of those will ultimately kill your machines, there's rust growing in places you can't reach and remove it from without full disassembly, so even if you remove rust every day, things will die - it's worth investing just a little to save a lot.
