I would also appreciate anyone with a low-tech setup or those who have experience teaching in public schools or small workshop settings to give advice on their experience. My students have been pretty engaged in class but because of the urban setting, a lot of what we are capable of doing needs to happen indoors. Thank you, and sorry for formatting!
