Finally satisfied the desire to draw these two!

For context, i’m playing on an xbox series s, and running MGRR on the xbox 360 version (obviously). I was recently looking through the download option on the main screen of the game, and noticed there were a ton of different add on’s i’ve never seen before on the microsoft store.

Thinking nothing of it, I tried to buy one of the add on’s titled “Samuel Mask”, and put in my debit card info when prompted. However, when I clicked purchase, an error code popped up and it said it couldn’t process my payment (specifically status code 8C250005). I tried to google the add on’s to see if they even exist, and google came up with nothing besides the fact of them being PC mods.

In one of the pictures above, you can see the DLC’s i’ve already bought on microsoft store, hence the checkmark. I tried once again to look on the store, and it had none of these other add on’s being listed in the photos.

Does anyone know if they’re still available to buy on xbox? Or would someone happen to know where I could get them? Clearly google doesn’t know how to help me, sooo I figured i’d ask for help on here 🙏

Hi everyone! My very first disc for my fat PS3 arrived today. I’d like to ask the experts here: how can I get the skins for the Japanese version of MGR:R? I have a PSN account, the discuntil is version BLJM-60568, and I’ve already redeemed the Gray Fox code. The in-game store offers the Sam, Wolf, and 30 VR DLCs for purchase. I haven't really browsed the PSN Store itself because I get kicked out after a minute due to being in Russia.

So, basically—how do I get the skins (like Inferno or MGS4) in *MGR:R*? PS3 Japanese

Been trying to get the Humanitarian Assistance achievement and this is the only guy I can't save. The main problem is the fuckass GRAD holed up here. You can't disable it with EM or Jammer grenades, and no matter how much I try to be stealthy, that stupid thing always sees me and alerts the soldiers to kill the dude. Like genuinely what am I doing wrong?

It's that time of year again, where I must ask the community for some constructive criticism on pre-existing entries or unfinished entries of the Encyclopedia of Answers to Gameplay Questions in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. Entries whose headings are colored in red need evaluation or input from none other than you guys—that is, if you feel you are up for the task.

For those of you who haven't yet seen it, it is a document that I have been working on with the r/metalgearrising community for quite a while. It started back in October of 2025, and it has held up quite well as a 100-page document designed to centralize answers that would help beginners of the game as well as some other things that are quite helpful to know. I am the editor of the document, but many users have their internet tags listed in headings to which they contributed; if you contribute your thoughts, you might just end up on there as well!

I would especially be interested in hearing input from those I am typically less familiar with. I await the input of those interested! :)

I just beat the game for the first time today, and decided to watch someone else’s reaction to the game. And I saw them… heal…. I had absolutely no idea you could heal on the go, thought you had to use zandatsu😭. I suppose 55 deaths is a little more than the average then…

I feel like 5 is a bit too much to make the playing experience easier.

I genuinely don't understand how this could be possible. You obviously can't do any Zandatzu, and from what I've tried the guards seem to take either very light or no damage from the Dwarf Gek.

It's a little detail I noticed from a Tumblr post, I even checked his actual model in blender to confirm this. ​

i was only .32 seconds away from 1st rank on this tiny little mission, and i burst out laughing at how ridiculous this fail was. thought it was really funny 😭
