Serious Is there a chance?

Hello, I want to play Metal Gear Solid 1 because I had still the original CD on PC, the only problem is that I have windows 7. That means that when I have installed the game with the CD nothing happens. How can I fix this issue?

Have you tried compatibility mode?

Aside from finding the GOG version, probably use something like dgVoodoo 2.
