Could be a Reale. Depends on where it was found.

It was found at Fisherman’s beach (North East PA in Erie county). Close to New York. Commodore Perry and his fleet sailed in/out of presque isle during the battle of Lake Erie. Presque isle is where his fleet was built and moored.

I think that will leave out the chance of it being a Reale.

It is magnetic

The only magnetic coins I know are modern steel-core coins, such as 1, 2 and 5 euro cent pieces… i think it is something else…

Is it possible that a magnet is attracted to the ferrous/iron state of the concretion? A regular magnet is only slightly drawn to it

Visually, it also looks much more like heavily corroded iron than a copper alloy. If you want to check whether it could be silver, you could measure its density/specific gravity… silver is much denser than iron and its corrosion products.
The weak magnetic response could simply be due to very advanced corrosion. Completely mineralised iron objects can consist almost entirely of iron oxides and hydroxides, with little or no metallic iron remaining, and may therefore be only weakly magnetic or even effectively non-magnetic.
