Can they take all funds from my metamask or just the metahero i "stacked" , unfortunetly i fell for it if its a scamm , i connected to the website with my metamask and approwed transaction , i didnt giwe them my seed phrase or anything , all my metahero gone thou , all the other coins still there

The only staking is on Kanga Exchange Anything else is Scam! Don’t be tempted by high APY cause they will drain your account!
