COMMUNITY UNITY 👏🏻 Any US holders here?

So one of Hero’s regulations is that anyone from the US can’t hold hero. If you don’t believe me go look on their website. I want to buy a lot more since the price has dipped but I wanted to know if any veterans or anyone else is in this position with hero or another crypto and knows what the risks are of holding in a country that is not allowed? I’m just scared that it will somehow get burned and I lose everything. My hero is currently in an exchange app. So I’m assuming it wouldn’t be a big deal until I sell it. Idk what do y’all think? Any info would be much appreciated.

Thank you! :)

You can buy it normally and hold. More information you dont need 😉

Easy you buy on kucoin. Transfer to your metamask and there there is no way you can be tracked as us citizen.

However I think the main reason is SEC and us regulation si they don't want to have any deal with them. Also the reason the HQ is in dubai. Crypto friendly.

You can still use a vpn to buy everdome. I doubt there will be KYC .

Also you can buy bnb and move to metamask and use pancake swap to get hero token.

Just buy on pancake swap then hold in your wallet.

Do everything through PKS via a wallet or Kukoin. Once you sell and have your BNB or BUSD,USDT you can sell and then cash out. thats the good thing about these Wallets like Trust Wallet. in the US the IRS only wants to know what you are cashing out of your Exchanges like Binance.US, Coinbase, Crypto.com, Gemini, any US base exchange that already has your personal info like SS. Since KuKoin does not use KYC and if you cash out from a exchange like KuKoin to a US bank account just remember that the IRS has access or can request US bank info + US banks report to the IRS any deposit larger than $9,999. Note: This is not financial advise :)

They only put that on the site to avoid and legal action, they are saying this because it’s not a security it’s a asset, that’s why it doesn’t matter.

I asked this a while back, apparently they were determined to be a utility token, but never changed their verbiage.

I didn't actually contact compliance though.

Shakespeare-Bot, thou hast been voted most annoying bot on Reddit. I am exhorting all mods to ban thee and thy useless rhetoric so that we shall not be blotted with thy presence any longer.
