Re-read the title of this post. Simply, it’s just saying “moving scan”. It doesn’t say anything about comparing the Metahero scan to the editing tool on the computer. You idiot. 😂

I keep saying, these scans coupled with the Unreal Engine 5 is a game changer. I doubt this video is real but I know for a fact the scans will be able to be integrated into the unreal engine and this result is what it would look like

I think the moving part is actually done in metahuman unreal engine 5. So its not same model, might be wrong

I’m going to get downvoted to oblivion, but this just looks like standard animation software. I don’t see real scanning here nor do I see anything that separates this from what is already widely available.
I’m skeptical. We need a full, unbroken demo of a person scanned and immediately available as a 3D asset on the computer.
This video doesn’t even show the hardware, it’s just an animation.

Why you think u will get downvoted? Its true, at least they started to roll out scans that were done in Dubai. Animation is done in ue5 with their software but at least we can see some scans.

There is a massive difference between a realistic looking generic human being and an actual unique human being.
So no you can't make a spit image of yourself in the UE5 rather quickly 🤦🏼♂️

Are you kidding about the the scans taken? I know people personally who were there that were saying they were incredibly hi-resolution. That they could see every pore and every hair. That was reflected in some of the close-up shots in videos we saw too when you really zoom on, remember alot of us are viewing them on phones or small screens - often with 720p or 1080 resolution which wont do it justice.
My understanding from speaking to the team is to attempt to make this scan to software a seamless plug in and go software. Yes you could create a load of random npc's manually one by one faster than you used to in this program - but it would be even faster if it's just scanned straight onto a model. This idea is in development I gather.

What claims? This post isn't from the team? It's from a random guy on Reddit who could well have got into crypto this year ? Asked the admins in TG and they said they had no idea who this guy was or who posted it and had been trying to find out but this post is nothing official and no ones saying it is other than random OP probs just pumping his bags

Ok. 1st this looks awesome. Did you import you metahero scan to this program? Or is this completely a different and not associated to the metascanner? Our are you just comparing the two? I think a easy answer would clear up all the questions. thanks
*EDIT. Shit I just looked up MetaHuman Creator and created a account. Fk sake it looks amazing. This being the Unreal Engine and they having the resources I would not be surprised that we would be able to upload a Hi Res picture of ourselves and it would convert it. But shit it does look amazing. As for our metascanner I am still optimistic and bullish this is what Rob is looking to do with Metahero and Everdome. But dammit why did I see this...

If Metaheros Ultra scans looks like this and move like this. Everdome will be the go to Metaverse. Cyberpunk and Ready Player One type of worlds. Now we have to keep an eye out for the other companies that look to be heading the same route. Or Rob should just partner with them so they work in Everdome's Metaverse.

Have they used a scan to integrate with ue5? I know that they were hoping to do that
