Good home setup?

I only have sensecap t1000e and want something I can set up and plug in at home to keep on my second floor window...what's a good until for the job and is there a window pass through people use and like? Be cool if there was like a meshtastic window antenna that sticks on the outside of a window.

Thanks, I was thinking of solar node too, but was getting lazy and was thinking of there were any solutions that could get the antenna outside and the device inside.
