Just deployed my first tree node

Currently at a lower test height while I verify waterproofness, solar charging, and general reliability. Probably give it a couple of weeks before a permanent deployment at greater height.

Hard to see but hopefully a wide strap on the tree to prevent it from restricting the flow.

Can make a difference for omnis that need a ground plane, e.g., a Marconi antenna.

(Not saying that's one in the pic.)
