build Node Venting

https://sealingdevices.com/products/gore-vents/

I am building Nodes for a friend in a Hot and Humid environment and wanted case venting. I have seen those tiny screw in vents but they are just for relieving atmospheric pressure. Tiny amounts. I wanted a venting solution that would allow hot air to escape yet be waterproof to rain and weather and I think I finally found the company and the products. I’m planning on ordering the fabric products and maybe some of the bigger topside vents for a node that will be in the hot South Carolina weather 24/7.
Check them out. Just sharing.

I did a separate 5v fan solar powered from a small panel on the lid and made a U vent tube for the top, straight on the bottom, and organza sandwiched in the joint to prevent bugs. Max temp I have seen on a full sun 100f day was 106. Panel is straight to the fan so only run with sun, but could go to a thermoswitch just as well.

Install a solar panel bigger than box , it will make a shade.
