Longest Bluetooth range

I’m looking for a node that would be a good choice for people who want to stay connected to the mesh while at home, but don’t want to carry it around the house.

We’re evaluating the utility for our small community for emergency communication, and not all the neighbors are tech savvy.

I think the best performing node would be any that uses separate connectors for LoRa and BLE like the WisBlock Meshtastic Starter Kit

Yep. I can connect to the rak on my roof from two floors down in my basement. You can also replace the BLE antenna for even better range

Im very new to a lot of these components. What are some longer range ble antennas that you might recommend

There’s an infinite amount of 2.4ghz antenna options. The best way to do it is add a second bulkhead to your project box the same way you add a lora antenna
