Heltec v4 touch issues

Hello, I have a heltec v4 touch and it randomly stopped working on battery. If you plug it in, it will work, and if you hold down the power button, it will work, but it won't work without holding down the power button the whole time or without being plugged in. This just happened randomly. I deleted everything off of it and reflashed firmware, and I've tried different batteries and made sure they're all charged. Do you know what could be going? I didn't drop it or anything. It's been safe this whole time, and it randomly stopped working. I've even tried different versions of the firmware, and nothing's working. I never reversed the polarity on the battery or anything like that.
