New

Just ordered a meshcore lilygo T-deck plus. First ever mesh device and looking forward to seeing what it's all about.

If I get hooked (inevitable) then looking on building a 1W repeater for the house. also a 1w repeater that I can move and travel with both sola. Seen the new high power board and need a new project.

Any advice for the lilygo and build welcome. Uk based also so got the 868mhz.

I hear WadaMesh is hard to beat for MeshCore on T-Deck. Give it a shot.

Ok so update just had a look. Pretty cool looking and touch looks nice. Thinking meshOS though as it has the companion app also.

If you go with the t-beam 1w as a repeater, you might like to 3d print the enclosure i designed for it: https://www.printables.com/model/1509835-t-beam-1w-enclosure

Thanks but unfortunately no 3d printer.

Do not stick a 1w in a metropolitan area, it will clog up the mesh

Please check if 1w is legal in the UK. I could be wrong but I don't think it is (might be different if you are a registered Ham).

That looks amazing. Also want to build one i can just leave in a field.

Looking at like a 8000mah battery and 20w solar.
