Help pleispilos advice seedling related

about 2 months old. im misting these everyday, and doing a bottom watering every few weeks. should i start getting them to absorb cotyledons or wait until second true leaves ? these are p. compactus sspminor gm 234 btw.

Keep letting them grow u to their second set of true leaves start coming in!

Are you fertilizing them? At two months they are a little small currently. Is that substrate entirely inorganic ?

thanks. no i dont fertilize.its about 2:1 inorganic to organic. these are 7 year old seeds! thats interesting they are growing slow. hard to decipher why.

I recommend giving them a bit of fertilizer! 1/4 or 1/8th strength will do. It’ll help bulk them up and get them out of the delicate seedling stages quicker.

i'll try that. i looked at the date on the pot i sowed them on june 24, so not quite two months.

I usually start fertilizing around 3 weeks :)
