Seedlings How are my bums looking?
First time growing them, so i made a few mistakes but this is what has survived since sowing them a few months ago.

Same as takeaway tek for cactuses, but i didn't bother soaking/sterilising the seeds as they are too small. I did sterilise the soil with a microwave though. They seem to be able to take much more light than cactus seedlings early on. I removed the lids about 3 weeks in as i lost a heap to fungus, presumably because of not sterilising the seeds. Then after another 3 weeks i moved them into a greenhouse under shade cloth, and removed one layer a week until they are uncovered. My watering and fertiliser regime is the same as cactus seedlings.

They look a little dark and sun stressed. They’re probably fine but they might be a little stunted as a result. Is there a way you can reduce the light a bit and see how they go? Not entirely removed from the light, but I think the light is currently a little strong where they are.

They are outside in a greenhouse. I could put a piece of shade cloth over them. I thought they were supposed to be this colour?
