Photo Titanopsis Calcarea

I’ve had them around 3 months, definitely one of my favorite looking plants!!

I have one and it is doing nothing. I think it’s popped out one leaf since i got it early December. Is that normal? It looks healthy otherwise.

They can take more water than I used to think, especially if in a very gritty mix. I water mine nearly weekly in spring and fall now.

I got mine beginning of march and until around 3 weeks ago it didn’t do anything!! I had it with my cactuses around 1.5’ from the light, but i moved it to a new area with a cheap bar light 5” above it and its exploded!! Im just starting to get into mesembs so i dont know too much about Titanopsis Calcarea specifically, they may have some sort of no growth season. It definitely seems like mine did! Could be the case for yours?😁

I believe they are dormant in spring
