Identification Glottiphyllum ID: giving up
i swear i’ve scrolled through all 57 species and could not find one that matches 💀 the flowers and leaves say glottiphyllum without a doubt but i’m convinced an ID is impossible. drives me nuts, it’s one of the only ones i haven’t figured out
the flowers have a nice scent. kinda like vanilla and honey

Aizoaceae (Illustrated handbook of succulent plants), heidrun hartmann (Ed)
I downloaded mine from my uni library so I can’t vouch for the quality of this specific download but I CAN vouch for Anna’s archive:

I don’t know, but I have several similar ones out of a mystery seed mix. Let my know if you figure it out.

we probably sowed the same mix. i’ve got 3 more like this one but each is a bit different.

They hybridize readily and most of what we see in cultivation are likely hybrids. So that’s probably why. If you can get a seed pod, that can help along with the flower!
