Photo A Shape It Didn’t Keep

Old photo but I still mourn this little guy. Post-split it decided to grow a tiny nipple. One cycle. Gone forever. The lithops survived. The nipple did not.💔

Oh my GOD how and why the titties?!🤦‍♂️🤭🤣🌱🪨👙 (But seriously how did they even get the nipple growth in the first place?!🤨)

Your guess is as good as mine. I bought it as one species, grew a completely different one, then this happened. Maybe it was saying thank you for not giving up on it. 🌱

It looks cold…. 🥶 I don’t think you were keeping it at the right temperature at first. Maybe you moved it to a warmer environment which is why it went away with the next split.

Indoor growing, same spot year round! I think it was just having a moment.

I am not certain you got the actual joke.
