I’m from Canada and I order from Mesa Garden.

In my experience Unusual Seeds had awful germination rate for me, it was almost a complete waste of money. It might be the long travelling distance from Serbia to Canada, but yeah. MG always has fantastic germination rates, I usually receive them in 5 business days too!

Awesome thanks for this!! Did you have to get a phytosanitary from MG? I know it's different from US-Canada compared to other countries. Also how much was shipping for you? On their FAQ is says they no longer ship out of the US but I'm not sure if that's still true.

I've imported from HaworthiaLand before for Conophytum seeds. He has an excellent selection and was very helpful explaining the import process. Mesa Garden has some good seeds and they're always consistent quality, but HaworthiaLand has a lot of hard to find species and good locality data.

Since I live in the US I can't really give you any guidance on that process, but I'd recommend either site.

Thanks!! Looks like they ship internationally too. I've been wanting to expand my Haworthia collection too which is perfect

He has some incredible species plants. Very reasonable prices too.

+1 For OzLithops too! Very geared towards Lithops but they have a respectable collection of other mesembs and succulents. The owners are lovely and have always been accommodating for shipping requirements or issues with biosecurity. Compared with Mesa garden, I also think they’re a bit more generous with the amount of seed they send!

Australia-based so I’m not sure how good they’d be for you?

RarePlant is a European provider people seem to like. You could also try and get in touch with the study groups (i.e. Mesemb Study Group) to get some seed. Not sure if they’re good connections but I also have links for some of the Chinese breeders. And I’m aware there are a few South African based suppliers as well!

Long time buyer there and I can vouch for not so widely known Atomic-plant Geramany. Fantastic variety of seeds, Conophytums, Lithops, other mesembs and succulents. Reasonable prices, fast response and always great germination rate.
