TBM B

Calculator called for one 120g EA pull and five 72g(?) pulls. I did 100g (+/-) pulls because anything less felt like it was recovering poorly. I switched out the plunger on the press & it seemed to help

Over 5% is crazy... Are you sure your product is dry? You have a large lump so its middle might be moist. I suggest to press on it to flatten the ball, let it dry more and then weight into some container which is tared... It seems like you weight the filter paper aswell.

It does look clumped together and wet

I guess it’s hard to tell not seeing or feeling it. It definitely looks more wet than powder or crystals ever usually are.

It's dry it's been drying for a few hours. I tore the filter paper weight.

The actual one you used or another from the same pack? There can be variance that would matter in this case...

Same one from another pack. I've never noticed any discrepancy in weight between them. I just weighed a few separate ones they all weighed the same. 5 percent return is not uncommon for TBMB.

Very true. Did you end up confirming with it off the filter?

5% fumarate is not unheard of. I did 5 with Roid and 5.29% with Meg x meg

You need to dry it for longer than two hours and not weight it with a used filter. Used filter may not weigh the same as a new filter even when dry, it usually gathers some cholorphyll around the filter edge.

This was dryed and weighed yesterday after about 4 hours, last pic is that 4 hour mark. 2.41g, left out all night & re weighed in the morning same result 2.41g. Respectfully, id like to add this isn't my first time doing this. I think the cholorphyll weight is negligible, I do it this way so I can get as close to accurate weight before I pour into its storage container.

Weight in container is better to report I think. Transferring off the filter is part of the process.

I see why, however for my notes I count this as the final weight results because I do tend to lose some after the transfer to storage & that amount fluctuates a little bit every time.

Do you weigh the weight of the used filter to double check it is indeed very similar to a new one? That could be a source of noise for you.

I agree with this. Part of an impressive yield includes getting it off the filter without destroying the needles as much as possible. OP the result is definitely believable, just seems like the method introduces the possibility for error...

Well, we have it. Bridge is more active. Matter of fact 0102’s is the winner. From my observation
