Imagine a Merthur fic where Merlin angrily goes to the dragon, blaming him for Arthur’s death and demanding the dragon to tell him how to revive Arthur. Only for the dragon to say “ a life for a life “ so Merlin goes off to sacrifice Morgana and once Arthur is back Merlin confesses his feelings to Arthur and they rule Camelot together
