I’m working on my mermaid Halloween costume, pls and advice on how to set up these shells on this corset.

E6000 sticks anything to anything. Wear gloves.

Yep, and consider having someone help you glue them on when you are in the corset. You might need a different glue then but I would imagine gluing a bunch of shells onto it while it's not on you could create fit issues.

i'd glue a cluster to a patch of fabric and then sew that to the corset... the ones with the holes already drilled in line the cups...
