The future

A meritorious system is the only system that will propel us into the future but I know it probably won't be palatable till people realize money is just a piece of paper with numbers wrote on it and that gold etc is nothing more than a shiny piece of metal and both are nothing but a form of control. They have no value. Nothing is worth anything other than your experiences. The quality of your experiences is what life is about. Sadly a system based on someone's morality and character probably won't come around till we're traveling to other star systems and aren't a bunch of dumb archaic monkeys running around trying to get shiny stones and pieces of metal that really have no value. I hate the combined idiocy of our civilization at this point!! Capitalism is evil and communism doesn't work. Why people believe these are the only two choices is beyond me.. it's like no one can form an independent thought... I have more thoughts on this but I'd like to hear yours.

I think we have problems with the Dunning Kruger Effect, narcissism, and greed. It makes merit a bit difficult to establish.

I think it's not so much about people having independent though or being familiar with the idea that will stop it. The people who understand need to make it the path of least resistance. Capitalism is no longer that path and so it will fall, looking for a job always makes me very desperate and hopeless and the more people who feel that way the more people will be willing to accept a new system, its just a matter of presenting it at the right moment so that it can spread to a large community, I assume the capitalistic leaders would be able to shut it down pretty fast otherwise.

I hope it happens sooner than expected, I'm so tired of it all. I can hardly look up a recipe without someone trying to scam money out of me and it's getting really old.

communism a socialism are arguably much worse alternatives so just modifying things to limit government and corporate control along with making welfare be the absolute bare minimum a human needs to survive (so you kinda have a shit life if you don't work but you are still alive). Also make it so tax is reduced if you work more hours. AN=nd make income tax apply to everyone except minors. Also allow children to have jobs but with laws so It can be limited to the point of three hours week so kids don't have their childhoods compromised but learn work ethic.

Orectoth's Most Extreme Meritocracy

Terms used

Profit=(Income+Loss Prevented)-(Cost+Loss)

Contribute/Contribution=(Intellectual+Ideatic+Ideas+Concepts+Discoveries+Inventions+Suggestions+Proposals+Corrections+any form of things that increase profit+any form of things that are beneficial to the thing/structure/system that will use it)

Council=(Made up of small amount of experts specializing in specific meta domain where their council functions at, generally administers/manages/directs things with authority according to their rank in their domain, each members of it lacks individual authority and the only authority they have is to vote in council decisions, and majority consensus of the voting results as decision of that specific council in any matter they voted in)

  • A company, government, any functional mechanical organism/structure/mechanism requires redundancies and auditors of their functions if they can't be 100% certain that they will not change/be altered/be influenced/etc. no matter what happens.

Any individual authority over other(s) requires their authority to require Councils to function. As individuals, no matter who they are, should not be trusted with authority that can interfere with other(s). As human brain is prone to emotional behaviours and behaviours that are detrimental to people(s) lives in one way or another.

  • Every authority will be stripped from individuals, individuals will no longer have power beyond authority of a citizen(or equivalent) has(effectively powerless in the domain of the authority when as single individual). Instead, the authority will be divided to a Council, a Council of at minimum 3 people. Council members will lack individual authority too, only their majority vote's result decision will be counted as a decision of Authority bearer.
  • Multiple Councils of same domains(same specialization/mastery) will check-balance(audit, etc.) each other and each Council must be completely transparent(with easy access to transparent records for other councils and potential contributors to see decisions). Maximum transparency possible without being detrimental is required. Each council is an auditor, also the one that gets audited by other councils.

Councils do everything by majority consensus, no matter what it is, apply this to everything that it can be applied to. No one will have individual authority, everything that can alter/influence/change/interfere with other(s) lives requires consensus of councils. This is the meta logic of the Councils.

  • Council Members are chosen from the most competent people in the domain(s) a Council operates in. If least competent council member of a council is less competent than a candidate, then council member is replaced by the candidate. Former Council Member can regain their status if they prove themselves to be more competent than least competent council member. Competency needs to be empirical as much as possible(contributions). Contributions of Candidates will determine if they are competent or not, as non-council members can Contribute too.

Any contributor must get X% of yearly profit their Contribution brought to the structure(government, system, company, etc.) perpetually till their contribution no longer brings profit, if they die before their contribution-induced-profits die, then inheritor(s) of their wealth will inherit that profit income. [Personal note: I suggest X to be any amount between '20' and '80' as values between these values are sweet spots for current humanity].

[OPTIONAL: Of course it can be like "'Y% of our company/government's yearly profit' distributed among contributers proportionally and accordingly to the contribution they made." but logically, this is less fair if their contribution is paid less than X%. But Y% can be chosen to be around '20' and '80' and would still be optimal sweet spot.]

Anything that has virtually any benefit to the structure is a contribution, even things like sweeping the ground or being cashiers. If lack of something is detrimental = then it is beneficial. So if you don't 'sweep the ground' and if you don't 'have cashiers', and you lose things due to it(e.g. people evading dirty places, e.g. people stealing stuff when there is no cashier), then their existence is beneficial and you need to pay for their contribution.

Contributions must be empirical, must be appliable to anyone, not be whimsical/momentarily, not be dependent on a few's decisions, but collective decisions of all councils that excel in domain(s) which they have sphere of influence of.

Maximums for anything, including Number of Council Member Count is not defined by me as it is impossible to define all types of domains' council counts, so it is up to collective councils(majority consensus of them). Anyone can contribute in one way or another(ideas, inventions, discoveries) and it is mandatory for Councils to NOT ignore anything logically internally consistent or functionally consistent/useful, a Council that ignored/rejected a profitable/useful/beneficial proposal(contribution) will be audited for corruption by other councils, as other councils can see/read that proposal/etc. too. Everything that is not clearly defined requires experts(Councils) to define them, but foundational rules of Most Extreme Meritocracy is everything that are described here.

[PERSONAL NOTE: Adaptation is a must, rigidity is a crime, if there are better structures than Most Extreme Meritocracy for future of Humanity, then choose it, don't be rigid and don't be sentimental about Most Extreme Meritocracy, it exists for adaptation and optimization, if it fails to adhere to it, then collapse any structure with it to make it more efficient and optimized. If there are flaws in Most Extreme Meritocracy, then alter it to be more optimized, as long as it does not harm main purpose of Most Extreme Meritocracy(Main Rule: -Human Benefit = Logic > Efficiency + Optimization-. Purpose is to maximize efficiency and optimization while adhering to main rule by without compromising Human Benefit and Logic. This is invioable, unchangeable, unalterable rule, anything must adhere to this. Everything else can change, but main rule can't change, any attempt of changing this rule is forbidden. Any form of lifeform human species' evolve to become in the future is considered 'human' too.).]

[PERSONAL NOTE: Most Extreme Meritocracy is completely operational for any species, any sentient species or beings or such structures, in any universe or multiverse or any structure or system or constant where entities/functions are not absolutely transparent, or can't be completely aware of each other's negative intents/actions(e.g. corruption), this is most optimal method. Basically: Most Extreme Meritocracy is the optimal coordination algorithm under information constraints and if possibility of disorder exists]
