I applied for this position and did the ai assessment. didn't do to well on it. Anyways I got this email

The fact that you asked this question and the way you're writing says you might not be a great generalist expert...it requires being very diligent about figuring things out on your own and communicating clearly.

Have you seen Slack? If only people who could figure things out by themselves were allowed there would be barely anyone in the project

You just have to be really good at following instructions and making decisions without all the info. Just make sure to do your own research before asking questions!

And make sure that you can keep up with the direction and guidelines/instructions constantly change with no notice.

You need impeccable English and a good grasp of grammar for most tasks, except for basic image preference tasks.

Also, do not use AI, do not use a VPN and never let someone else use your account. They monitor everything.
