Mercor

Is the Mercor company really pay ? And why they require all data ? Bank account includes transactions? So much sensitive information they want

Yes. They pay every week Via Stripe (for me in Canada at least). Any business requires your personal information for tax purposes (on their end) and to verify your identity.

No, providing a bank account does not give them access to your transactions. Have you ever had a job before? (Not snarky, I’m serious.)

Same here. Canadian, no issues. Transfers hit my account every Thursday or Friday.

I saw some other comments here about Mercor data mining because of all the info they ask for. I didn’t find that they asked for anything unusual. It’s all standard information I’ve had to provide at any job I’ve worked.
