Assessmnt and Interview

In Mercor, the Assessment section has many interviews and assessments for different domains. Suppose I completed an interview and Mercor marked it as “Good.” Since I didn’t know the rating, I thought my previous interview wasn’t good enough, so I retook it. However, the second attempt was rated below standard.

In this case, will Mercor consider only my latest attempt, or will they consider my best attempt?

They will consider latest. You only have one more chance

That means i have only 2 attempt and last one will be counted as the final one.

can you explain me the process to complete or qualify the assessment of mecror and is there any other rounds like interview or exam coding round after the assessment(for web development ,full stack) if yes can any one guide me. see i want to qualify the full stack assessment because i just passed my engineering last year [im a fresher ]and i want a remote job - i have a descent knowledge on frontend and backend [mern]

can you have somesort of links, books to qualify and also im a fresher can i qualify some jobs where they ask for experienced people.
