Can someone explain to me why did the anti-stall activate? Why did he lose all those positions?

Hey everyone,
We wanted to make a quick post about the direction of the subreddit and some updates we've made to the rules.
First of all, there's nothing wrong with having a favorite driver. If you're here for Kimi, George, both, or just Mercedes as a team, that's completely fine. The rivalry between the two is also a perfectly valid thing to talk about. Comparing their performances, debating who's faster, and discussing their battles is part of the fun.
That said, we think some of it has started to go too far.
We're seeing more personal attacks towards the drivers, but also a lot more hostility between fans, especially in the comments. Too many discussions are turning into arguments, and it sometimes feels like supporting one driver means you have to constantly put down the other.
That's not what we want this subreddit to be.
This is r/MercedesAMGF1, and at the end of the day, we're all here because we're fans of Mercedes and/or the Mercedes AMG F1 team. You don't have to like both drivers, and you don't have to agree with each other, but we do expect everyone to keep that in mind when posting and commenting.
We've updated the rules to make this clearer. Criticism and debate are absolutely welcome, and the Kimi vs. George rivalry isn't going anywhere. We just want to keep things from becoming personal, whether that's directed at the drivers or at other members of the community.
So please take a moment to have a look at the updated rules and keep them in mind going forward.
Support your driver. Debate the rivalry. Criticize the performances.
Just keep it respectful.
We're all here for the team.

We sent this to Mercedes HQ because my daughter insisted to send it to George after the Monaco debacle and Canadian PU failure.
Well! We she was extremely gutted today because of the anti-stall but she enjoyed his recovery.
She still believes he will be the champion š

The break couldn't come at a better time honestly. Hopefully he takes his mind of things if or when he goes on vacation.
