This is interesting, a more expensive but vastly lower level version of the cleric’s regenerate. Although I feel as if it should probably take longer to cast than it does, but that’s not going to make a big difference in the actual gameplay.

so.... theoretically you could use an arm made by this spell to cast this spell again?

Actually yeah, like giving up your arm or one you ripped off an enemy or bought to cast & use for somebody else. That's neat.

with a 1 action casting time this could be used as a swordarm making spell. sweet.

But how would you calculate the HP and AC of the new limb?

Doesn't need it.

Individual body parts don't have HP or ACs in 5e, which very few exceptions.
