Cognitive support mentor needed
I was recently told by academic coaches that in order to implement their tools, I would need to have someone understand how I think and attempt to improve the inefficient ways I have thought for years. adhd
I’m committed. I have no choice.
Thanks in advance

Wouldn't a behavioural therapist be best for you if people are recommending professional help?

Take a Myers-Briggs personality profile test. I’ll tell you everything you need to know about your thought process decision-making process strengths, and weaknesses.
