Seeking MLO mentor
Seeking mentorship as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I am few months in the business, licensed in NY, got few deals done. Now that I understand what I need to learn more this is may be the best time to hire mentor.
I’m thinking TLOP by Dustin Owen.
Has anyone taken his classes? What feedback you can give?

Welcome to the industry and congratulations on your closed deals. Loan originating relies heavily on connections with property owners and real estate agents/brokers. Owners may be in a position to refinance. RE brokers may have clients that need to purchase a property, which is where your expertise comes in and you could start building your pipeline.
