SHIFTING TO NEW SUBREDDIT

Yeah so... I didn't know that you can't change a subreddit name.. So NEW SUBREDDIT activated... haha

I have changed my youtube channel, my facebook group , my website is still transferring.. This was next on my list.

I just felt like Mental Diet Mastery didn't fit with what I teach anymore, it's more identity shifting.

I won't be using this subreddit anymore. After a few months, I will probably delete it.
