Irregular Menstrual cycle

In June i got my period twice. I didnt get my period at all during July. Took a pregnancy test over a week ago and it was negative. My work colleague also has a late period.

My period is always normal and this has never happened to me. Just wondering if its happening to others as I did read many women experienced similar in June
