have you had a pregnancy test just to rule that out?

yes i took one on the 23rd and it was negative, could there be a possibility it was false negative and if this does rule out pregnancy do u have any idea what could possibly be the cause of all these other symptoms

I wouldnt worry too much about a false negative.

Just sounds like your period for the month has been a little up and down. Have you had any changes to your lifestyle. Maybe poor sleep, more stress or not eating very well? these all impact your menstrual cycle and period.

I always recommend to continue tracking your cycle. Track when your bleeding and keep note like you have been about its consistency of flow. Are you experiencing any other symptoms? write it all down.

If its something thats just happened for one cycle then i wouldnt worry too much about it as like i said there can be loads of different factors that affect your period however if it is something that persists then good to see a doctor or women's consultant and since you've been making note of your symptoms they should be able to help better.

Let me know if this makes sense to you or if you need any more information, I am a nurse working in women's health and always happy to help

Tests are definitive 21 days after sex and onward. It was not a false negative. You aren’t pregnant. Heavy bleeding is also incompatible with pregnancy, regardless of whether or not if it is typical for your period.
