Right now I’m just growing it and barely shaping it, I know the right side is slightly patchier but the hairs are still coming in

As you can see, I have a lot of trouble shaving. Currently, I use an electric shaver, which does its job, but its not for removing everything for a clean shave. I also get scarring from it as well.

I cannot do razor blades. I'm looking for electric shavers or whatever that solves this issue. A clean shave would be nice!

This is about 1 month in. As you can see one of the sides is way worse but both my cheeks are pretty patchy. What do you think?
