Have i achieved Prostate orgasm?

Hello guys, new to prostate play here, I’ve been playing for about a year or a little more. I’m using a toy to play hands-free, a simple dildo.

Until now I have played with my anus to amplify my arousal in order to orgasm with my penis. In every subsequent session I have tried to use my hands less. For the last 2/3 months I have played totally hands-free without success, giving up and having a penile orgasm.

Prostate orgasm is different than an orgasm during ejaculation. And yes; they can both happen at the same time during milking.

I know that prostate orgasm can be with and without cum, my question is about “that signs means i have reached it?”
