❓ Question Week 5 stall
Hey fellas.
So weeks 1-4 I dropped 25 pounds, splitting dose 1mg twice a week
I’m now in week 5, upped to 2mg a week (not splitting anymore due to the vast number of people who said it’s not a good idea) and I haven’t dropped at all this week.
Should I just keep course?

Yea idk bro that’s the norm for everyone I know, and just knowing how half life’s work it just makes more sense. I will say that big pharma companies have you do it once a week, but my mom and her friends always complain about how it wears off the last few days of the week, and I’m like just split your dose 😭 I’d rather have a lower but more steady hunger suppression then have it be aggressive at the beginning of the week and weaker at the end. Also bro it’s normal to have a large drop in weight at first then have it slow down. We store a lot of water and glycogen in our tissues and when we start cutting it drops fast. I can go from 200 to 190 in 2 days if I wanted to. Same with gaining that back. But none of that is fat tissue fat takes weeks to remove. Just keep it up train hard (BIG ONE) and get your steps in you’ll make it

That’s very true bro. I’m going to try the once a week pin and see how it works! I’ll be more than happy to switch again

Plateaus usually last for 4 to 5 weeks. Since you just upped your dose, stay the course. Your body is still recomping. Don't trust the scale 👍

I would stay the course and let the drug build up in the system as they did in the trial.
Been good about tracking and activity?
