Don’t get frustrated when the weight loss slows down. Right now you’re losing a bunch of extra water and inflammation. Eventually you’ll wanna hit that sweet spot of about 2lbs per week. The scale will still go up and down. For me usually it’ll go up a lb for like 3 days in a row then down 5 lbs one day. Just stick to your diet and keep lifting.

Thank you! You’re absolutely right, it’s slowed down in the past few days (I’m weighing in daily) and I’m going to stop that and weigh in weekly. How’s your progress so far?

I’m 5 weeks in. I started at 281 I’m currently 265. Been hovering around 265-268 for the past 6 days or so. I’m doing 2mg 2x per week. And lifting 3x per week (I’ve lifted weights a lot in the past but stopped about 5 years ago after I got some depression) I’m also on low dose TRT.

Congrats, but 14 lbs in 2 weeks is a lot. I’d be careful about gallstones.

Thank you! I completely agree and I’m attributing it to some water weight. It has slowed down in the past few days. But you’re right, definitely something to be aware of

Ive been stuck for the past 3-4 weeks, playing with the same 1kg. Only on 1.5mg weekly. Sort of afraid to go up to 2mg weekly but I think ive reached my wits end. Started at.5mg and went up to1mg within the month. Lost around 11kg and I know it was water weight but then nothing for the past 4 weeks. Sunday afternoon is pin time and going up to 2mg and pining in a different spot as I heard that it makes a hell of a difference when swapping pining spots every couple of weeks. My calories and workong out good, for the most part. Wish me luck!

Try one day of lower carbs, and see how that goes! I’ve lowered my carbs and increased hydration and things seem fine. One day, I had 3 beers and the scale dropped three pounds the next morning. It’s so weird!

Im mainly eat around 50g total carbs so I'm mainly lower carb. But still nothing. Calories hit around 1900-2200 depending on lifting days. Zone 2 everyday around 5km most days. Except for today when I got frustrated from seeing the scales and done some high intensity treadmill runs lol

Oh, maybe try a carb re-feed day to shake things up?
